Rush Orders and Delivery Time

Easel building is an art. The time needed to paint a masterpiece for a great museum is different from the time needed for a painting at Walmart.  We are thankful for the kind and patient artists that we serve in this ministry that understand this fact.

We also understand that when you need an easel, you really need it now. Each meeting without an easel becomes an emergency. Every day's delay is a day you could be practicing on your new easel and getting used to it before you have to set it up and use it in front of people. Without an easel you are stuck, you can't draw. Without knowing the exact time of arrival, you don't know how to plan. That's frustrating.

The record demand that we have experienced this year, plus back-ordered or discontinued parts, and deaths in our family, has put a strain on all helping with this ministry. We do the best we can to help everyone who comes our way. To do our best work, we must ask each artist to be patient. Those who have been patient have found it was worth the wait.

It takes time to do a job right. We don’t just build and ship defective easels and have you embarrassed before a crowd. We test each easel prior to shipping to insure years of uninterrupted quality performance

It takes time to order, manufacture, receive, fabricate, assemble, test and ship the hand crafted parts that make your easel the lightest, sturdiest and most portable easel of its kind.  As the number of orders increase, the delivery time required for the handcrafting and assembly of your easel will increase. Increased demand, back ordered parts, holiday closures, illness of our helpers, all can cause delays.

Each easel takes several months to order and fabricate all the parts. Very few parts are off the shelf items. Then, we must tool, hand fit, pre-finish and assemble each piece for one-of-a-kind joinery. Then we disassemble and refinish each part to provide you with the lightest, sturdiest and most portable professional easel of its kind, for the price.

We owe it to you not to rush your easel. Each easel is hand crafted and tested. Time and quality go hand-in-hand. We are not a big business, but a ministry to help you help others. We refuse to sacrifice quality for quantity. We can't afford to be in a hurry. To be at our best, requires us to not cut corners. That means, not to accept rush orders. If you are in a hurry, sorry, we can not help you.

Many artist are in a hurry with an urgent deadline for us to help them meet. To be fair, we ship on a first paid first served basis. If funds arrive a before the rush, you will receive your easel sooner. We actually buy the parts for your easel with the funds you send. We then work months, dedicating each spare moment we can from our ministries to help you with yours.

To speed up the process, send your check or money order now. The sooner your check arrives the sooner your easel will arrive.
